KALEIDO & Unwanted Words are joining forces to manifest a queer poetry stage at the magical poetry festival Vurige Tongen at Ruigoord.
We feel deeply honored to be part of this moment and to collaborate in creating something alive, intimate, and expansive. Together, we are curating a two-and-a-half-hour program around the theme Becoming.
Think transformation. Shedding skins. Claiming space. Collective magic.
Each performer will step onto the stage not just to share their work, but to embody a ritual of becoming, arriving as their most authentic self in real time. Through voice, presence, and vulnerability, they will invite us into their unfolding: the messy, the powerful, the tender, and the unapologetic.
This is not just a poetry stage. It is a living, breathing ceremony of queerness, expression, and liberation.
