Practice physical, verbal, and mental resilience in this self-defense workshop for LGBTQ+ young adults (18-35).
Queer Resilience Workshop
What do you do when someone shouts at you? Or when you feel unsafe on the street?
In this workshop, you will practice resilience together – physically, verbally, and mentally. The sessions are led by self-defense trainer Ella Doesburg and Rosanne Tanja. You can attend a single day, but attending both parts will be even more impactful.
This event is organized by SafeSpace Alkmaar, a community for LHBTIQ+ young adults aged 18-35 in Alkmaar.
Entry is free, but registration is required.
