In this sparkling revue, they take you through hilarious sketches, touching moments, and sing beautiful Christmas songs. From Christmas stress to turkey disasters and from baby Jesus to ugly Christmas sweaters: nothing is sacred in this tragicomic ode to the festival of light – and chaos. Divas in the Manger is a celebration of recognition, full of humor and quiet moments. For everyone who wants to get into the Christmas spirit.

More about the creators

Diva's op Stal, consisting of the theater duo Mats Lodenstijn and Stephan Christiaan Peters, call themselves 'two show horses doing everything they can to avoid becoming washed-up ponies.' They have performed on various stages and at theater festivals, including the Parade last summer, where all 37 of their shows sold out in no time. At the intersection of musical theater, kleinkunst, and cabaret, they transform personal stories and current events into accessible, yet slightly abrasive, theatrical performances. "Sharp, funny, and musically very good," summarized the programmer of the Rijswijkse Schouwburg. They previously graduated cum laude from the conservatory in Tilburg.
