For this edition of the Anxiety Support Group, we'll explore our relationships with the digital world, phone dependency, digital overwhelm, and ways to reconnect with offline experiences.
Join us for a supportive space where queer people can talk openly about anxiety, take part in creative exercises, and learn practical tools for navigating everyday challenges.
Please note that this is not group therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The intention is to create a peer-support space for sharing experiences, offering mutual support, and learning from one another.
