Rainbow Summer Sports - Padel and Tennis

Queer Sport Nijmegen organizes the Rainbow Summer Sports tournament in Nijmegen. Participants of all levels, ages, gender, queer and straight are welcome to join padel, tennis, open water swimming, beach volleyball, hockey, and badminton.

On Saturday evening, Pizza di Valentino serves dinner for all sport participants and their friends. We close the evening with a special edition of MilQ #32 Olympics in GAS19! All info and registration via the official website.

Padel

Play padel on the beautiful courts of My Health Club Nijmegen. Participants register individually. We play short matches with different partners of similar level. Participation fee is €25 per person. In case you don’t have a padel racket yourself (yet), you can borrow one from us. It’s about joining, not winning and basically, we do what we like most: play sports together and socialize. We finish the opening evening of Rainbow Summer Sports with a sunny Meet & Greet for participants of all sports, their partners and friends.

Tennis

We will again sweep the courts of tennis club Rapiditas for a social tennis event. Participants register individually and we play short matches of men’s, women’s and mixed doubles with different partners of similar level. Participation fee is €25 per person and that includes a wonderful lunch. We finish the tennis event with a special end game and raise our glasses to celebrate summer.
