Queer Meet-Up - Amstelland Library
The Queer Meet-up takes place at the Amstelland Library. After a brief introduction, visitors will enjoy pizza while watching the short film Sew into you. This film revolves around the connection between queer individuals from different generations.
After the film, attendees will gather to get to know each other better using thought-provoking conversation cards. A connection will be made with LGBTQIA+ literature from the library's collection. While chatting, participants can work on an embroidery kit inspired by the short film. Everyone with an interest is welcome, whether they are part of the LGBTQIA+ community themselves or an ally.
