You are warmly invited to Pride & Presence – A Queer Breath Journey, a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ folks to land, reconnect, and explore themselves without holding back.
A space where your body, your story, and your experience are fully welcome — no explanations needed, no adjustments required.
Through conscious breath, we return to what’s already there: sensation, feeling, aliveness. Your breath becomes a key — unlocking relaxation, clarity, vitality, and connection with yourself.
Lauren: “More than a regular breath session — body, mind, and emotions open. Dennis guides with warmth and presence. Highly recommended! ❤️”
Steven: “Finally giving space to emotions stored in my body. Dennis’ guidance was warm, clear, and skilled. I recommend this to anyone wanting to connect with their body.”
We use Conscious Connected Breathing, a transformative way of returning to your body. Layer by layer, tension, emotions, and protective patterns soften — sometimes subtly, sometimes more deeply.
In this queer-informed space, we recognize the body can hold more than daily stress. Patterns of adaptation, holding, or protection may have accumulated over time — and your breath meets you exactly there.
As your breathing opens, space arises — for softness, clarity, presence, and a sense of being at home in yourself. Afterward, you may feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to your inner truth.
Breathing in a queer space can feel different. There is a unique energy in being surrounded by people who understand — without words — which allows your body to soften more deeply. We keep the group small and intimate (max. 10 participants), giving space for each person’s process. I guide you with warmth, clarity, and care — sometimes with supportive touch or acupressure, always consented and attuned to your boundaries.
“Each Breath journey brings me closer to myself. Layers of tension and old patterns soften, my heart feels lighter, clearer, and more open. Dennis guides in such a loving and safe way — thank you. I would recommend this to everyone.” — Cindy
🌈 Come soften, breathe, and arrive fully in yourself. You are so welcome here.
Dennis Kerckhoffs (he/they) is a queer bodyworker and facilitator based in the Netherlands with a deep curiosity for the body, breath, and the human experience. Over the years, his travels through India, Southeast Asia, and South America have shaped his approach, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga and Breathwork into a practice that helps people come home to their bodies.
Wouter de Graaf (he) is a gay coach who started his journey in the area of mental/systemic guidance and widened his scope and experience to a more total body and mind approach in which “Embracing your breath” became his credo in coaching.
Together Dennis & Wouter create a safe and supportive space where participants can explore, release tension, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. With a warm, attentive presence, they both honor each person’s unique journey and guide them toward both vulnerability and empowerment, helping you open, breathe, and truly feel at home in your body.
Intensive breathwork works deeply on the body and nervous system. It can lead to altered states of consciousness and temporary imbalances, which are often safe and healing, but require a certain level of physical and mental stability. Not everyone can safely handle this intensity at any given time.
Intensive breathwork is therefore not recommended for: pregnancy, epilepsy or a history of seizures, glaucoma or retinal detachment, lung, heart, or vascular diseases (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure, aneurysm, angina, previous heart attack or stroke), recent surgery, accident, or injury, severe psychological conditions (current or past, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe PTSD), or use of recreational drugs or medications with strong effects on the nervous system.
If in doubt, or if you have another medical or psychological condition, please contact the organizer beforehand so we can assess what is safe and appropriate for you. This is not intended to exclude anyone but to ensure care and safety.
This event is a safe, loving, and Rainbow Friendly space for vulnerability, inner heart-work, and healing.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Please let the organizer know if someone else will take your place.
