How great would it be if someone is really listening to you? Because that's what we do at a heart circle. You talk and the other men listen to you. Everyone takes a turn to share what is going on with them at the moment.

Tell us what you are facing, what you are sad about, what you are fighting against, what you have recently discovered, what makes you happy, what you find exciting or what you could use help with. What do you long for? You can share anything as long as it comes from your heart!

The other men do nothing but listen; we don't give advice, we don't comment, and we don't judge. We are silent and we listen with our hearts.

When we listen to each other in this way, a connection is created—a connection with yourself and with others. You have been seen and heard, and there is a good chance that you will go home with more energy and happiness, and that your heart will be wide open!

I offer a safe setting with space for tears, silence, and laughter. An evening where you can totally be yourself.

We start with a short guided meditation, a brief explanation, and then we open the circle.

Depending on the participants, this event is hosted in Dutch or English.

The Heartcircle is a free event, but a voluntary cash donation on the evening itself is appreciated.
