What happens when intimacy isn't something you just watch, but something you shape together?
OUT LOUD, TOGETHER invites you into a playful, sex-positive world full of desire, boundaries, and care for each other. Inspired by practices from sex-positive FLINTA* spaces, four performers bring drag, humor, physical play, and intimate encounters to the theater, blurring the distance between stage and audience.
Before you enter, you choose a colored handkerchief that indicates how you want to participate. Maybe you want to watch. Maybe you're curious and want to get closer. Maybe you want to join in. Your choice can change at any moment. There is no right way to participate. Watching is participating. Saying no is participating. Changing your mind is too. Come as close as you like.
The performance draws from drag, burlesque, documentary material, kink practices, and nightlife. These forms are not used as decorative elements from subcultures, but as tools to ask theatrical questions about power, attention, vulnerability, physicality, and the social rules that determine who is allowed to desire what.
*FLINTA: A term for anyone who identifies as Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, or Agender.
