After fifteen years of touring with La Femme, co-founder Marlon Magnée is embarking on a solo career. On his debut album, the Frenchman combines rockabilly, punk, cold wave, and psychobilly. He sings in both French and English, and the songs were recorded at Studio Ferber with Renaud Letang. This resulted, in his own words, in "sixties guitars, an eighties 'synth orgy,' powerful drum machines, analog delays, and a deliberately raw energy".
His solo project leans heavily into gender-fluidity, drag aesthetics, and electro-pop, making him a significant figure in the French queer alternative scene.
