The American indie band Big Thief announces their biggest show in the Netherlands to date. Beloved in the queer indie-folk scene, the band is fronted by openly queer songwriter Adrianne Lenker, whose lyrics often explore themes of identity and fluidity.
Over the past ten years, Big Thief has proven to be one of the most exciting live bands of their generation. Their creative output, consisting of songwriter Adrianne Lenker, guitarist Buck Meek, and drummer James Krivchenia, is seemingly limitless and spread across five critically acclaimed albums.
This will be the band's first performance in the Netherlands after their exciting show at Lowlands in 2024. The extensive tour starts in North America in September and moves to Europe in the spring of 2026.
Big Thief is partnering with PLUS1, so €1.20 from every ticket sold will be donated to organizations working for equality, accessibility, and dignity for all. For more information, visit www.plus1.org.
