A Pop-Up Brazilian Dance Night!

A gente, let’s dance! Join us for a pop-up edition of Queer Latin Social where we shift across borders and plant ourselves firmly in the rhythms of Brazil, right here in Sloterdijk. Whether you come for the workshops, to move your hips to the sweet Brazilian rhythms, or simply to feel the magic of our queer latin family, this night is for YOU! 🏳️‍🌈

Forró Workshop

Mattheus (@braunmagrin) will kick off the night with an embracing Forró crash course – a rhythm and dance originating from the North-East states of Brazil. Perfect for beginners! 🇧🇷 🔥

Music by DJ Diaba e Benzedeiro

The devilish pair from Brazil, DJ Diaba e Benzedeiro, will bring us through a “Mix Salad Brazil“ – Samba(s), coco, jongo, Forró, Brega, Funk, Piseiro, Ciranda and more. No sitting still, full smiles & loose hips, you don’t want to miss this first edition!
