During the famous Four Days Marches, Nijmegen transforms into the rainbow capital of the Netherlands for its annual city-wide LGBTQ+ celebration, a party for everyone.
Roze Woensdag (Pink Wednesday)
The Roze Woensdag Foundation aims to create visibility for the LHBTIQ+ community in and around Nijmegen throughout the year. We bring important issues to the forefront and are committed to everyone who still too often experiences discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. The highlight is Roze Woensdag, during the Four Days Marches and Festivities in Nijmegen.
On the second day of the Four Days Marches and the fifth day of the Four Days Festivities, Nijmegen becomes the rainbow capital of our country. Roze Woensdag is a celebration for everyone!
