After success with K’s Choice, Sam Bettens went solo and released the album COMING HOME. Bettens brings a rich sound, steeped in his experience from East Tennessee. Guided by his voice, which carries the weight of the stories, Bettens takes you on a musical road trip. COMING HOME is a call to the open roads and a soundtrack for long drives.

While Sam's music has always had a touch of Americana, this solo project feels like a true homecoming. After years in Belgium and a fifteen-year period in East Tennessee, where he even worked full-time as a firefighter, Bettens now presents a Country/Americana album steeped in lived stories and genuine authenticity. As a prominent transgender artist, his journey and storytelling resonate deeply, offering a powerful and authentic voice within the music world.

Recorded in Nashville and produced by four-time ACM Guitar Player of the Year Tom Bukovac, COMING HOME has a warm, analog sound that perfectly showcases his honest, lived-in songwriting.
