How do you truly connect with your partner or hook-up, without noise, tension or misunderstandings? And how do you invite someone in, not only with words but also with your body language, gaze and energy?
In this interactive workshop led by Lotte (she/her), you will learn more about safe communication techniques, specifically designed to minimize fear of rejection and shame. Through various exercises that enhance connection and intimacy, you may discover something else you haven't thought of that will help both you and your partner, inside and outside the bedroom.
