The Activist

When his friend, a passionate human rights activist, is brutally murdered, young Andrius decides to go undercover and join a radical neo-Nazi group. As he becomes more entangled in their violent world, the line between justice and revenge blurs. His mission ultimately threatens to destroy him.

The Activist, along with The Lawyer (2020) and The Writer (2023), forms a trilogy about queer relationships within political tensions. The lead roles are played by Robertas Petraitis (known for The Southern Chronicles, Lithuania's Oscar submission for 2026), Vaslov Goom (Masters of the Air, Cry Wolf), and Teklè Baro.
