Career Story Nights is a live storytelling evening where professionals share pivotal moments from their careers. These are not polished keynote speeches or LinkedIn success stories. They are honest reflections on the decisions, challenges and turning points that shape our working lives.
Each edition explores a different chapter of professional life. This edition explores the relationship between queerness, identity and work.
We invite stories from LGBTQIA+ professionals navigating careers across industries, organisations and creative spaces. Queer careers are often shaped by moments of visibility, belonging, resilience, self-expression and change. This evening creates space for honest reflections on the realities of building a career while navigating identity in professional environments.
Throughout the evening, you will hear a series of short, live career stories from professionals across different industries. Each story centres on a pivotal moment, a decision, a challenge or a shift that changed how someone saw their career.
After the storytelling, there is time to connect with others in the room and continue the conversation. Career Story Nights creates a space for reflection, connection and honest conversations about the reality of working life.
Seven storytellers x seven minutes each. No slides. No pitching. No distractions.
