LGBTQ+ run club Proud Strides hosts the World Pride Run in Vondelpark. This festive 5K starts from the Blauwe Theehuis and the Openlucht Theater and focuses on inclusivity, visibility and fun.

Whether you’re aiming for a personal best, running at your own pace or mainly coming for the atmosphere: everyone is welcome. Expect glitter, music, colourful Pride vibes and a friendly finish with food and drinks at the Blauwe Theehuis.

Your registration includes a Proud Strides World Pride T-shirt, race number, finisher medal, lunch, Lululemon goodies and Brooks demo shoes. There are also prizes for Best Dressed, the fastest runner in each category and via the Proud Strides socials.
