A Dreamy and Dark Pop World

Los Angeles-based vocalist, producer, and visual artist Maiah Manser brings her unique cinematic pop to the Bovenzaal. Growing up with a rich musical background from choir singing to jazz and violin, Manser creates arrangements that feel both intimate and grand.

Following the success of her track 'With a Smile', which garnered tens of millions of views on social media, she now presents her second EP: 'Fifth Dimension Part 1'. This self-produced work is a sonic memoir that questions thoughts and reality, inspired by the concept of the fifth dimension as a boundary connecting people, time, and space. With influences ranging from the orchestral sounds of the film 'Fantasia' to modern drum-and-bass, Manser invites you to escape into her dreamy and sometimes dark pop world.

Maiah is an openly queer artist and a vocal advocate for the community. Her recent tracks, like "Feeling It All," were specifically inspired by her experiences in underground gay clubs and the liberation of "dancing with her girlfriend."
