In our third workshop series we return to the era of UNLEARNING. Across four Thursdays, we’ll create a safe(r), welcoming space to re-imagine how our perceptions, relationships and connections exist beyond established norms. We'll use collage, sensuality, embodiment and movement as tools to reclaim what was always yours; to reconnect with the freedom within ourselves.
We will start each workshop with a Vegan community dinner (from 18:00), getting to know each other before we start the workshops. The venue is wheelchair accessible!
What does “eroticism” mean to you? In this workshop, we will discuss the subject and create a safe and trusting environment, a space where vulnerability is welcomed, and norms are challenged. Let's make erotic collages that explore and express our own eroticism, encouraging us to examine deeply our concept of self image. No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and an open (and maybe dirty?) mind and heart.
This workshop is an invitation to unlearn the ways our bodies have been controlled and defined by normative standards. We will be using the power of sensuality to reconnect with your body. Participants will be guided to question imposed beauty standards and release shame. Come join us and become your own wet dream.
In this workshop, we will be guided on a journey of understanding how rejection feels in our body and questioning where these feelings are really coming from. We will unlearn the things we think we know about being "rejected", and find new ways to confront this experience from a place of confidence and love for self and others.
Let’s unlearn the tension that kept anger hidden in the body. Anger that was not allowed to be felt. In this movement-based workshop we will release those behavioural norms and imposed expectations from a decolonial perspective. What could it bring to finally feel and express your anger?
