Femtanyl, consisting of Noelle (vocals, production) and Juno (production, multi-instrumentalist), was founded in 2023 and has quickly made a name for themselves. Known for their frantic pace and hectic, distorted soundscapes, Femtanyl has built a fanatical online cult following that grew steadily after their 2024 breakthrough project REACTOR received rave reviews from Pitchfork. The platform praised their “feral digital hardcore” for the way they “channel horror aesthetics through maximalist rave chaos”.
Currently accounting for over 4 million global streams per week, Femtanyl seeks to further push the boundaries of good taste with their chaotic mix of rave, dance, and punk influences.
Fronted by the openly transgender Noelle Stockwood, their hyper-kinetic, aggressively DIY music has cultivated a massive, dedicated following in online trans, queer, and furry spaces. If you want a high-energy, unapologetic queer rave environment, this is the show to hit.
