Femtanyl, consisting of Noelle (vocals, production) and Juno (production, multi-instrumentalist), was founded in 2023 and has quickly made a name for themselves. Known for their frantic pace and hectic, distorted soundscapes, Femtanyl has built a fanatical online cult following that grew steadily after their 2024 breakthrough project REACTOR received rave reviews from Pitchfork. The platform praised their “feral digital hardcore” for the way they “channel horror aesthetics through maximalist rave chaos”.
