By developing an attitude of friendly curiosity, you will discover how your sexual and life energy flows more freely. Experience more liveliness, intimacy, playfulness, and love in your life, in contact with yourself and others.

What is Tantra

Tantra is an ancient Eastern tradition centered around sexual or life energy. Tantra is about life, about being in the here and now with everything that is. By saying 'yes' to this, more life energy flows, and you flourish more.

For those who:

Identify as a man and want to be challenged.
Want to connect with themselves and other men in a conscious, deep, and playful way.
Want to get acquainted with Tantra and integrate it further into their daily lives.
Want to connect with what lives within them in a more embodied way.

What you can expect:

A program consisting of 5 fixed components: meditation, bodywork, dance, tantric structures, and touch. The content is different each time, and every evening has a different theme.
Tantric exploration where breath, movement, sound, and touch are important tools to bring you more in contact with your natural, feeling state of being.
Various exercises or structures that help you develop a basic attitude of friendly curiosity, both in contact with yourself and in relation to others.
During our evenings, we invite you to connect more with your sexual and life energy, but not to have sex.
