Everyone is welcome.
No partner or experience is needed.
Guests are requested to bring their own yoga mats or towels.
Guests can bring their own ropes (2 x 8m) if they have them. Otherwise, ropes can be provided.
The workshop will begin with participants sitting on chairs for the lecture, and afterwards moving to yoga mats/towels for the practical part.
