About the Event

LHBTI+ swimming club HHZV Plons is hosting a swimming training specifically for non-binary and trans individuals. This is a free and low-threshold swimming session for trans, non-binary people, and anyone who identifies outside the binary gender norms, aged 18 and older.

The training is provided by the coach from TransZwemmen Amsterdam together with Plons trainers. They will welcome you at the swimming location in The Hague.

Good to Know

The session takes place in the deep pool, so being swim-safe is important (minimum swimming diploma A is required).
You can wear any swimwear you feel comfortable in, including a T-shirt or shorts.
Private changing cubicles and gender-neutral toilets are available for your use.
Showering beforehand is always done in swimwear.

The Training

Transzwemmen Amsterdam and Plons will adapt the training to everyone's level, providing swimming tips and exercises to help you improve. After the session, there will be a social get-together with drinks.
