A Look Ahead to Pride in the North
Organisers of Pride Week Fryslân have released an ambitious and detailed programme for its June 2026 edition. The multi-day celebration will span several cities and towns across the province, offering a wide array of activities designed to cater to the entire spectrum of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. The schedule includes everything from city walks and film nights to creative workshops and a Pride Walk in Leeuwarden.
The extensive schedule highlights the growing importance of regional Pride events in the Netherlands, providing visibility and community connection outside of the major metropolitan areas. Below is a guide to the planned events for Pride Week Fryslân 2026.

Creative Meet-up in Drachten
An afternoon for creativity and connection. A chance to meet new people and contribute to an inclusive Smallingerland.

Pathé Pride Night

'Uit de Kast' City Walk in Franeker
