Community to Curate Official Pride Anthem List for WorldPride Kickoff
AMSTERDAM - Pidi Radio, an Amsterdam-based LGBTQ+ station, has opened public voting for its annual "Pride One Hundred" music chart. The final list will be revealed during a seven-hour live broadcast on Saturday, July 25, 2026, serving as a musical kickoff to the WorldPride festivities in the city.
The broadcast, scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM, will feature the 100 most popular Pride songs as determined by public vote. The initiative aims to create a definitive soundtrack for the community, spanning decades of music from classic anthems to contemporary hits that have resonated with LGBTQ+ people.
How to Participate
Listeners have several ways to participate in shaping the final broadcast:
- Vote: A comprehensive list of potential anthems is available on the Pidi Radio website, where users can vote for their favourites.
