Between Territories explores the layered experience of queer Latin American women navigating identity across geographical, cultural, and emotional borders. Through collage, embroidery, and recycled acrylic, the exhibition reflects on migration, memory, transformation, and belonging, creating a dialogue between different artistic practices and material languages.
Participating artists:
- Raquel Diniz – Brazilian visual artist and art educator based in Amsterdam working with analog collage, illustration, and mural. Through colorful and layered compositions made from recycled magazines and books, her work explores queerness, intimacy, identity, and cultural memory. Instagram
- Giselle Quinto – Brazilian artist based in Amsterdam whose contemporary embroidery practice transforms textile techniques into expressions of resistance, freedom, and queer identity. Instagram
- Lua / A.K.A Tropicalia – Brazilian visual artist and creative director based in Amsterdam. Her practice bridges art, fashion, and Latin American culture, working with recycled materials to create sculptural and wearable pieces.
