About the Activity

Each day, the main program consists of a colorful mix of vibrant performances or a theater show, followed by an in-depth panel discussion with creators, thinkers, and activists. Every day, Lola curates a program around a theme relevant to the queer community today. Topics such as the safety of queer individuals, the community's mental health, and examples of positive masculinity are openly discussed.

In a time of conservative political developments, Lola's house offers a safe haven: a place for queer recognition, empowerment, and hope. This festival was born from a need for depth and conversations that can't be had on the dance floor. In this way, Lola's House goes beyond a Pride party, activist debate, or theater performance; it aims to be a temporary home for the queer community during Pride month.
