Do you need drugs to experience ecstatic sex? In this film by Jesse Bleekemolen and Rein van Leeuwen, Davo (22), Anthony (35), and Erik (61) explore their boundaries within the world of chemsex — pushing them further and further.

Chemsex, the use of drugs during (group) sex, is a phenomenon becoming increasingly common among queer men. But what does it offer: boundless pleasure and sexual freedom, or a deeper sense of emptiness and fear of genuine intimacy in an age marked by individualism and loneliness?

The film explores the world of chemsex in a liberating, honest, and ecstatic, yet also critical and uncomfortable way. It raises a pressing question: is there a way back after experiencing blissful sex under the influence of drugs?
