The Head-Masters initiative is a community-based project designed to provide support and open conversation around three crucial topics: the 3 C's.
- Consent: Creating a culture where boundaries are understood and respected, even in the heat of the moment.
- Chemsense: Promoting sensible and informed approaches to chemsex, offering non-judgmental support for those who need it.
- Compassion: Actively combating loneliness and stigma by fostering a 'chosen family' environment where no one feels they have to struggle alone.
This grassroots movement aims to ensure no one slips through the cracks by being present, visible, and approachable where our community gathers.
The Ultimate Volunteer Gig: Party for Free and Pay It Forward
So, what does being a Head-Masters volunteer involve? Starting in January, the plan is to have a presence at various community events. As a volunteer, your commitment is simple and rewarding:
- Your Shift: Spend the first two hours of an event near the Head-Masters stand, providing information, handing out wristbands, and helping with merchandise.
- Your Perks: In exchange for your time, Head-Masters will cover your travel expenses and your event ticket. After your shift, you're free to enjoy the party with drinks on their expense. Yes, that means a completely free party!
It's a fantastic way to support a crucial cause, meet new people, and still have a great night out without breaking the bank.
Join the First-Ever Volunteer Social
