AMSTERDAM – Organizers have confirmed that Trans Podium, an evening dedicated to showcasing transgender talent, will return to the celebrated Paradiso venue on Thursday, August 6, 2026. This fourth edition of the event holds particular significance as it will take place during World Pride, which is being hosted in Amsterdam that year.
The project, a collaboration between Logopedie Flevoland, singing coach Rik Limonard, Claire Slingerland, and Nicole Franssen, was founded with the mission to provide a literal and figurative stage for transgender voices. Previous editions have been noted for their supportive and welcoming atmosphere for both performers and audience members.

An open call has been issued for transgender individuals who wish to perform. The organizers encourage a wide range of acts and emphasize that prior stage experience is not a prerequisite. The focus is on self-expression and community support.
