A New Hub for Queer Visibility Opens on Amsterdam's Overtoom

The Queer Market has officially opened its doors at Overtoom 87, offering a vibrant and much-needed physical platform for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, artists, and makers.
The founders' mission is a direct response to a growing concern within the community: shrinking visibility. "Where in Amsterdam can you actually shop queer? Let’s be real. Almost nowhere," the organizers stated. "Flags get ripped down. Queer makers barely get access to physical space. So we’re changing that."
