Exercising together, drinking coffee, and meeting new people: that is the idea behind our social run/walks. We start the morning together, go for a walk or run in different groups, and finish with coffee/tea and breakfast.
We begin the morning at Aap Noot Brood with a short joint warm-up. Afterwards, we set off in three different groups to walk or run at a pace that allows plenty of room for socializing. Guided by a Queer Gym trainer, you will be out for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, after which we meet back at the starting location to chat over coffee/tea and breakfast.
We believe it's important that as many people as possible can participate. Therefore, we are organizing three groups:
Tip: Be sure to choose a group where you feel comfortable with both the pace and the distance. The focus is on moving together and meeting each other; it's not a workout!
The event is open to anyone who thinks this sounds fun, so feel free to bring someone along.
