Sports connect. Yet, not all athletes always feel safe or free to be themselves. During Rotterdam Pride, Roze Kameraden is organizing an inspiring and interactive evening about an inclusive sports culture. We will discuss how to ensure that LGBTQ+ athletes and anyone who deviates from the norm in any way feels welcome on the field, in the locker room, and on the sidelines.

This is not a traditional panel or debate, but an evening full of personal stories, interactive conversations, and practical ideas. Together, we will explore what works, share inspiring examples, and look for concrete steps that athletes and clubs can take immediately.

Every visitor will receive a free practical toolbox with tips, examples, and tools to promote inclusivity within their own sports club or environment.

Whether you are an athlete, trainer, coach, board member, volunteer, student, or simply believe that sports should be accessible to everyone: you are very welcome.
